TOPScience (TOPS) is a program where Scientists participate as education Partners in schools. They assist in classroom presentations, family science nights, field trips, science clubs, and career days. The TOPS Partners act as science and math content resources.

The TOPScience Charter describes the basic structure of the Livermore group.
