OUR PARTNERS

LVEF receives a tremendous amount of support from the community and local businesses. These community and corporate organizations have adopted LVEF’s mission as their own, and include LVEF as a financial beneficiary within their business plan and community sponsorships.

Annual HOME Campaign
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory

Since the early 1990's, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory employees have contributed consistently and significantly, reflecting their commitment to public education in our community. In the past five fiscal years, the Laboratory donated nearly $192K to the LVEF.

Summer Concert Series
Wente Vineyards in Livermore

Thanks to the generosity of performers and attendees at the 2008 Summer Concert Series, Wente Family Estates contributed $37,600 to LVEF in support of district music programs. To date, Wente Family Estates has contributed over $162,000 to the district music program though donations to LVEF. This generous support greatly enhanced the quality of our children's music education. We sincerely thank Wente and appreciate their support.

Participants walked the track and bid on many locally donated on line auction items. American Swin Academy staff worked in near record heat to raise $8,430, which was distributed equally among all the LVJUSD elementary school sites.

The Gene Morgan Insurance Agency participated in a corporate challenge sponsored by SAFECO Insurance and won the top prize of $7,500, which they donated to LVEF in support of music programs. They also have established an endowment account to allow LVEF to honor our outstanding science teachers with cash awards. In addition, Sandia employees donate to the LVEF annually via the Sandia SHARE Campaign.

Corporate Relations & Sponsorship
LVEF Policy Statement

The Livermore Valley Education Foundation encourages support from corporate donors, sponsors, and partners. In return, we will willingly and enthusiastically recognize and publicize this support in every forum available to us. However, we do not endorse a product or service. This is necessary to protect our non-profit status and our credibility with our public support base. In other words, we can tell everyone about the wonderful things that our corporate supporters do for us, but we cannot tell anyone to buy their products or services.
